Delivery

 

Which countries does the Be-Juterii Online Store deliver to?

Delivery of Be-Juterii products is currently available throughout all European countries.

 

Which forms of shipping are available and what are the shipping costs?

Shipment is done by UPS and the price depends on the weight of your command.

 

Can I track the status of my delivery?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly on UPS deliveries service online.

 

Returns

 

Can I return a product I've ordered?

You can return a product ordered in the Be-Juterii Online-Shop within 8 days of reception without providing a reason. To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, we recommend that you use the return process as described as follows. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your return package. Returns are at your charge, except if the product had been damaged during the shipping.

Which forms of payment are available?

In order to make your purchase in the Be-Juterii Store as convenient and secure as possible, we offer two payment options:

  • Credit card or Debit Card (MasterCard, VISA, MAESTRO)

  • PayPal

 

Ordering

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

You can submit your order around the clock in the Be-Juterii Online Store. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to place an order via e-mail, telephone or fax. If you have any questions about placing an order online, our customer service team is available by phone at +40 789 101 112, from Monday - Friday from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm CET. We can answer you in English, Russian, French, Romanian, German and Japanese.

 

How can I cancel an order?

Please be aware that we would like to process your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellations can only be made on the day the order was placed, before midnight. For any enquiries regarding cancellations, please contact our customer service team. Additionally, you can also make use of your right of return once you have received your order and send back the item (see Returns).

 

Warranty 
 

Your Be-Juterii jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. We will replace or refund your Be-Juterii product within this two-year warranty period following the date of purchase. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident.
